Installation Instructions for Pogo Pins

• Pogo pins are very fragile and are not meant to be installed in a press-fit hole
• Emulation Technology recommends installation of pins using a sandwich method wherein the pin is dropped into a two-level drilled hole (counterbored .002-.003" larger than the diameters of the plungers and barrel)
• After pin is dropped into lower block, it should be sandwiched by another block with a matching hole
