  • You won't have to re-design your board to accept a fine-pitch surface mount package in your circuit board
  • Convert fine-pitch surface-mount packages to PGA footprints--footprint compatibility with existing packages
  • The adapter package for a spcific chip can plug into the same footprint as the PGA package supplied directly from the chip manufacturer

Specifications
 
  • Provide complete masking of the PQFP attach surface: only the SMT pads are exposed
  • Tight tolerance molded-in pins
  • "No-reflow" pin connection to adapter circuit
Contacts: 
SMT Attach pads - Hot air leveled solder, .0001" min. thickness. 

PGA Pins - Ni/Au plated Phosphor Bronze; .018" diameter. 

Rating: 
125°C max. continuous use temperature.
