The new 0.75mm pitch Bug Katcher™ Probe Adapter is designed specifically for hardware and software design engineers developing, debugging, programming, qualifying or testing finer-pitched chip packages, including the new 1.8 volt Intel® Wireless Flash Memory available in 0.75mm pitch CSP packaging.

Features:

  • Support for a variety of Intel® Flash Memory package dimensions available
  • Open Top, ZIF Sockets provide easy removal and insertion of multiple CSP & BGA chip packages
  • Test points provide quick connection of test cable assemblies, test probes or wire wraps
