Chipscale Signal Access Tool (SAT)

The first solution for designers needing to gain access to signals on soldered down Micro BGA and ChipScale packages. The Signal Access Tool (SAT) routes all signals to test points around the perimeter of the package using the keep-out area specified by the semiconductor manufacturer.
